First of all refund, you will need to confirm the purchase App whether the refund provisions:
1. The App no free trial version
2. The purchase of seven days within the App
If you want a refund of the purchased items, please follow these steps:
STEP1. Open iTunes. If you are logged in, please skip to step 4.
STEP2. Select Store> Log in.
STEP3. Enter your account name and password, then click “Login” button.
STEP4. Select Store> View My Account.

STEP5. Click “Purchase History” button

STEP6. Click “Report a Problem” button at the bottom of the “Purchase History”

STEP7. Click the arrow.

STEP8. Click the “Report a Problem” link

STEP9. In “Problem” menu, select Refund reason.
